Isabella's Dance Moves

Okay, so every time Jingle Bells comes on in the truck, Isabella squeals with excitement and starts to dance. So, I thought I'd play it in the house to see what she does. Its cute, she LOVES to dance. I also played Madison's Hannah Montana music to see if she would still dance to something different, guess what, she did. She liked it even more than Jingle Bells I think. Yes, I know its not Christmas yet, but Madison LOVES Jingle Bells, so sometimes we play it in the truck when we are just driving short distances. I'm going to try and attach 3 video clips to this post. The 3rd is one of Isabella "chillin" watching Max and Ruby, a cartoon from Noggin. She is such a clown. I hope you enjoy.

Ellie is back!!!

Well, Madison missed her "sister" friend Ellie for an entire month. Ellie and her mom, Letty, were in California for the entire month of July. While they were there, Ellie wanted to cut her hair too!!! Wow, do these girls think alike or what? So now they are back and Madison really wanted Ellie to come over to play. One evening while Letty went to the gym Ellie came to play. It was really hot and humid even at 6pm, and we had just gone for a LITTLE walk, but the girls were sweaty and wanted to play in the water. They drank alot of water too! Next best thing to a pool? SPRINKLERS!!! So we may not have a pool, but we have a sprinkler system and that entertained the girls just fine for nearly 45 minutes. They had so much fun running around getting their SHORT hair wet and jumping over the water spouts. Here are a few pictures of the girls playing around. Hannah Montana Madison

Enjoy!! She had me cracking up so bad that I almost peed in my pants. Madison and Isabella had been playing in the living room until I turned on Hannah Montana. We have 2 music videos and they are being worn out. Madison LOVES Hannah Montana. I don't understand how or why because none of her friends listen or watch Hannah Montana. I mean gosh, she is ONLY 4 years old. This is something just recently in the last month that she has developed an obsession with. What are the teen years going to be like???!!! Scary to think about. Sorry about the quality, Madison really likes it dark in the living room when watching "MOVIES" because she can see them better. And sorry for cutting off the video before she could finish the song, I really needed to put the camera down before I dropped it from laughing so hard!!

Galveston

We drove down to Galveston last Sunday and the girls loved it. We were not planning on going onto the beach and getting into the water, especially since Jeremy isn't supposed to go swimming for 10 days after his Lasik eye surgery. But, what can you do when you have two that only want to play in the water? So, Jeremy walked out into the ocean with Isabella and she didn't want to get out. Neither did Madison. Madison ran and jumped all through the waves, and tried to build a sandcastle in the Galveston "sand". Hehe. Anyway, the girls had a blast and Madison is looking forward to our Beach Vacation in Florida in September. I'm posting pics from my camera phone, so I'm sorry if the quality is bad. I forgot the digital camera at home that day.

The New Madison

Okay, she asked for it. And now here she is. The New Madison. Madison has been wanting to cut her hair for quiet a while now. I didn't want to do it because I was worried she would loose her curls. Well, the stylist said she has plenty of curls left. All she did was blow dry it straight, so you don't see any curls in her pics. What do you think? Cute or what?

No More Baby Bottles!!!

Okay, so my baby is growing up. And really fast. She no longer uses a baby bottle AND we are having to sale her Jumperoo and Exersaucer b/c she will no longer sit in them. I'm bummed. My baby is turning into a big girl. She kept trying to fight me with the sippy cup and would act like she didn't want it or know how to use it. But, I caught her with Madison's sippy cup and she was drinking and walking at the same time. Go figure. She drank Madison's chocolate milk and didn't want to give me the cup back. So, I said "bye-bye bottles" and she has been drinking from a big girl cup since. Madison used to like to give her her bottle and I have a picture of that and now she just gets to sit next to Isabella because now Isabella HOLDS her sippy cup. Wow, the amazing things of CHOCOLATE MILK!!! Of course she doesn't get chocolate milk, but if she steals her sister's cup she will. I think she has already figured that out though. Ha ha. She is sneaky. Oh yeah, Isabella has been walking so much now that her legs are thinning out. Look at the photos carefully and you can see that she is beginning to thin out and loose all her baby fat. She has gotten taller too! We are still working on talking. Most she says is Dada and Mama. Sometimes she will point to something and say "Dat" asking with one word, What is that?

4th of July, 2008

Hope everyone enjoyed their July 4th weekend. The girls were able to spend some time with their Daddy this July 4th and we went to Town Center in Kingwood to watch the fireworks show. The girls had a blast waiting for them b/c their was a band performing and they wanted to get right in front on stage and dance. Isabella was amazed with the singers and dancing. Madison just wanted to be crazy. Here are a few pics.
